2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are specifically prohibited from:

  • Using the Service to monitor domains you do not own or do not have permission to monitor.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.
  • Using the Service to facilitate spam or unsolicited messages.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a monthly basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused service. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support@notspam.app within 7 days of the charge.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NotSpam and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NotSpam, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
